Chiyoda has extensive experience applying engineering and advanced analysis technology to support the construction, operation and maintenance of process plants.

Integrating Chiyoda technology with AI (deep /machine learning) enables us to support clients by preventing unscheduled plant shutdowns caused by device or operational malfunctions, offering cost reductions from plant optimization and enhancing operation through improvements such as production quality stabilization.

The term ‘digital twin’ technology is becoming more common.

By applying their "Plant Digital TwinTM" technology to plant operation and continuously monitoring operational status, Chiyoda can optimize process plant operation and maintenance.

The "Plant Digital TwinTM" platform is a 3D Model base, linked and integrated with existing operation, maintenance and safety systems.

Chiyoda will implement "Plant Digital TwinTM" and AI to visualize secular change, forecast events, benchmark safety and optimize productivity and economic performance.

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) is a management method born in Japan with the aim of strengthening a corporate's manufacturing capabilities and creating a corporate structure enabling to sustain corporate profits.
Currently, TPM is implemented in about 3,000 factories in more than 40 countries around the world.
TPM has been bringing great results to many companies all over the world.

TPM has eight activities based on the concept of “reducing loss and preventing loss”.
Through these eight activities, create a sustainable profit structure by “changing equipment, workplaces, and companies” by “human resource development and utilization” (the foundation of manufacturing capabilities) is possible.

In this session, JMAC, as the one half of the TPM originator, would like to introduce the detail and procedure of Planned Maintenance, one of the most important activities in TPM, together with the real example from Siam Fibre Cement (SCG) .

The infrastructure installed during the period of high economic growth in Japan will collectively age from now on.

In 2014, we formulated our medium-to-long-term policy direction of maintenace with “Long-life Infrastructure (Action) Plan.”

In line with these plans, supervisors from government and regional public bodies are conducting systematic inspections and repairs and promoting long-life infrastructure based on preventive maintenance, while developing and introducing new technology.

Futhermore, in order to contribute oerseas maintenance and operations, we have built a platform, "Overseas Development Cooperation Forum", comprising in Japanese Companies, academic, and Japanese government who offer products, technology, and knowledge regarding of domestic and overseas maintenace of infrastucture.

Three Dimension Data (3D data) is very useful for managing location of structure.

We introduce new application with processing 3D data and present new solution to infrastructure maintenance.

In Japan, aging infrastructure is increasing, on the other hand, working population is decreasing.

Therefore it is necessary to improve productivity. We assume Thailand is going to the same situation.

We hope new solution improve productivity and accelerate of infrastructure maintenance projects.
